This complex is very nice, safe and comfortable. I have lived here for 1 year and the only reason I am moving is because of work. The outside is beautiful and the inside is just as nice. It comes with anything and everything you need in an apartment. The only complaint I would have is the parking, there are no guest parking but they do not enforce the no parking in red (my guests always parked in the red and never had problems, even overnight or over the weekend). The office staff has done everything to help me from getting things repaired to faxing something for me. The pool is closed at 10pm, but that is pretty standard. The pool area is a great place to have a party. There are bbq?s available and pleanty of room for your guests. They have gotten better of enforceing the "dogs on a leash" rule and the security drives by quite a few times during the night. This place is a little more expensive $1100 for a 1 bedroom and a den, but it is so worth it for the piece of mind. I hope you enjoy it if you decide to rent from them
