okay, but needs improvement

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Apartment was broken into on Halloween. Complained to the office staff and they did nothing to help. Told us that it was out of their hands and to purchase home security system. Overall appearnace is very nice but office staff and security needs some adjustment.
