I have lived here for 6 months now and this is by far, the best complex I have ever lived in. The grounds are immaculate and the apartments are very well built and high quality. I can honestly say, I've never heard ANY noise from my neighbors on the side or below me. The walls are well insulated.

Office staff has also been very helpful and maintenance has been very prompt to all my calls.

The ONLY negative I could say about this complex is the parking. Although they have made some attempts to allow for more parking recently, the one spot that you are assigned is usually pretty far from your actual apartment and may even be in front of another building (as is mine).

Other than that, I would highly recomend this complex. The extra 100-200/month you pay over other apts prices in the area is very well worth it.
