Looks good on the outside, but has problems

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I lived here for three years and had one change of ownership in that time. Current management takes a lot of pushing to solve problems. They always try the "let's ignore it and see if it goes away" approach first. Parking is terrible and unsafe - many break-ins and stolen cars (my car was stolen in 2000). Community rules are not enforced.
