We first moved in in April of 2006. We fell in love with the place. Our 1 bedroom apartment was roomy and comfortable, in a great location. There was always parking available as our spots were assigned, and there was always plenty of visitor's parking. The landscaping was superb, the maintenance people were quick to respond to calls. I did notice a decline in the quality of the staff after June, when Grace left. I'm not sure if Metric properties hires ditzy, clueless employees on purpose, but it made it easy to get out of our lease, so I'm not really complaining. Overall, it was a wonderful place to call home while we tried to purchase one of our own.
