When the apartments where taken over recently by a different management company is when we had so many problems. You can never get a hold of the manager she never returns calls, our apartment got robbed and we felt it was right to let the manager know, we left several messages to have her call back and stated each time it was an emergency but she is was never in or always is not available and she did not call us back once. In the past two months they have posted notices on my door saying i have an outstanding balance owed to them but yet can not give me a reason why, I have shown them my bank statements of every rent check they have cashed and I have never been late on my payments and every time i get a notice they tell me they are not sure why i owe them money the computer just says so. Well I'm not paying someone money when they dont know what its for. Everytime I get the notice they cant tell me what the money is for and they always tell me they will wave the fees because they cant figure it out but every month i get a new notice and have to go through the same hassle with them. They finally figured out that they were in the wrong but i was the one that had to call them to find out if they figured it out, they never called to apologize for trying to take over $500 from me, and of course when i called the manager was unavailable to talk to me, surprise surprise. Overall if you dont mind having crapy customer service then yes you should live here, but if where you live depends on the customer service you get then this is not the place to be.

Agreed I left messages and never got calls back. They say they care about the safety yet they wont do anything about our neighbors smoking so much (pot) that we have to leave our apartment in the middle of the night and stop the loud music they play. They "security guard" is a joke, I always carry a little pocket knife with me. This place is the ultimate "Looks can be deceiving". Our lease is up real soon and I can wait.

im about to move in, were you on the first floor and are there alot of car break-ins? im just nervous now.

i was on the first floor, and yes i have heard of cars getting stolen from there. good luck on the move in, im counting down my days til my lease is up!
