	I have lived here for many years and have not had my carpet replaced. Nothing is repaired in a timely manner. Some repairs took years to complete if completed at all. I would not recommend ANYONE to rent here.

	Management (Jack) has absolutely no people skills what so ever. He is rude, disrespectful and judgemental towards tenates & guests. The apt's are unkept and poorly maintained at time of rental. It is more then obvious management cuts ALL corners ... more
