My previous review of this complex stated that the manager was very friendly. This comment no longer applies because that manager is no longer here. There is a new manager now, and she has not been well recieved, people are moving out right and left. They are also raising the rent next year, from what I've heard, about $100 or more. It's still nice and family oriented, but I don't know how long that will last. The previous manager went to a lot of trouble getting this place cleaned up, kicking out the drug dealers and such. But from what I've seen so far, the new manager is desperate just to get the units rented and letting everybody in. We are moving out by the end of the month, best of luck to anyone who decides to live here. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I AGREE THAT NO ONE SHOULD LIVE THERE BUT FOR ALL THE WRONG REASONS. THE MANAGEMENT IS TOO STRICKED TO LET CRIME IN AND SHE DOESNT LET "COLORED" PEOPLE THERE. IF ANYHTING SHE MAKES THE GOOD KIND PEOPLE MOVE OUT!!
