This place used to be fabulous, but the new manager is EVIL!! She hates teenagers, so if you have children of ANY age, stay AWAY! The grounds are not kept up anymore and the pool is closed whenever the manager "decides" that there are too many people in the pool, which is near her apartment; she hates noise. She won't allow the fans to be turned on in the laundry room, which makes it a sauna!!! Security guards lock the doors at 9pm, thereby making impossible to enjoy where you live.

i live here and have for the past 4 years, my family and i enjoy it. it's abeautiful place and yes it is quiet..thanks to the manager!!

i don't know where this person was living but it wasn't here..the laundry room is open until 10 and is very clean, as for the pool it's alwasy filled with tneants and kids..as for the manager, i would say she enjoys kids, she has been seen taking some of the kids to school who have missed their ride...how many apt managers would go above and beyond like ours?

I AGREE THE NEW MANAGER (BEEN HERE FOR 3 YEARS) IS VERY HELPFUL..INFACT MY SON LIKES WHEN SHE IS IN THE POOL, HE GETS TO SPLASH HER..SHE AND HER STAFF HAVE MADE MY WIFE AND SON FEEL VERY SECURE WHEN I HAVE TO BE OUT OF TOWN..WE PLAN ON STAYING FOR ANOTHER 3 YEARS..AS LONG AS THE LIVING IS AS PLEASANT AS IT HAS BEEN..AS FOR THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE 1ST NOTE, HER SONS WE'RE THE TERROR OF THIS COMPLEX AND MANY OF US THOUGHT THANK GOODNESS WHEN THEY MOVED,,YES THE MANAGEMENT AND THE STAFF INFORCE THE RULES..WAY TO GO....

I JUST MOVED OUT FROM THIS COMPLEX AND WILL TELL YOU THAT THE MANSGER IS STRICT AND ENFORCES THE RULES OF THE COMPLEX, SINCE SHE AHS TAKEN OVER 4OR 5 YEARS AGO THE COMPLEX HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONAL..YOU CAN FIND HER IN THE SUMMER EVENINGS ALLOWING THE KIDS IN THE POOL TO SQUIRT HER WITH THE WATER, PUSH HER IN..I DON'T KNOW MANY PALCES LIKE THAT..I KNOW THE PERSON WHO WROTE THIS REVIEW I WAS HER SONS FREINDS AND YES WE DID CAUSE PROBLEMS, BUT NOW THAT I AM A SENIOR AND STILL LIVE HERE I UNDERSTAND AND REPSECT THIS MANAGER..THE OLE MANAGER JUST WANTED TO HAVE EVERYONE LIKE HER AND LET THE KIDS GET AWAY WITH ALOT OF THINGS..NOT THIS ONE..BUT I HAVE COME TO RESPECT HER AND VALLUE HER AS A PERSON..I INVITED HER TO MY GRADUATION AND I KNOW SHE WILL BE THERE3

I AGREE WITH THE FACT KIDS NEED TO BE UNDER CONTROL BUT WHAT IVE SEEN IS MORE THAN STRICKED AND DOWN RIGHT PHYSCO. I TOTALLY THINK THE RULES NEED TO BE ENFORCED I DO THE SAME THING AND IM ALITTLE COMPULSIVE BUT THE LEVEL SHE TAKES IT TOO IS WAY OUT OF CONTROL AND UNMERCIFUL. DO ANY THING AND ALL THINGS IN LOVE !! IVE NEVER SEEN HER LET OTHER KIDS SPLASH HER WITH OUT HER FACE ABOUT TO EXPLODE!! LET ALONE PUSH HER THATS AGAIST THE RULES!!! AND RARELY EVER IS THERE ANY KIDS OR ANY ONE IN THE POOL. ANY TIME THERE IS ITS JUST UNBARALBLY HOT AND HAVE NO CHOICE BUT ONCE SHES IN IT EVERYONE GETS UNCOMFORTABLE AND NERVOUS AND USUSALLY LEAVES. IS THAT HOW WERE SUPPOSED TO LIVE??!!!

it's another summer and the manager is still here, the person who wrote the response from misery666, how is your new baby?? you never were in the pool when the mgr was there because you were to fat for a swimsuit and you weren't allowed in with clothes...this is the best apt complex on magnolia ask your "friend" she got evicted from the aspens!!!!!
