MAYBE ANY OF THE GOOD THINGS SAID HERE ARE FROM THE MANAGER TO BACK UP ALL THE BAD STUFF PEOPLE SAY BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUE. MANY TENANTS THINK SHE NEED TO BE ON BIPOLAR MEDS. NO JOKE!! THE OUTRAGOUS SO CALLED RULES ARE NOT JUST ENFORCED THEY ARE IMPOUNDED AND PUNISHED LIKE THE ARMY WOULD TO A REBELIOUS SOLDIER. MOST OF THE TIME ITS CRUEL AND OUTLANDISH. MERCY, LIKE CHRIST WOULD, NEEDS TO BE DONE LIKE ANY HUMAN BEING. AND IM NOT SAIYNG ITS OK TO BREAK ANY RULES BUT WHEN A SLIP UP SHE EVICTS YOU!!! I WILL NOT SAY SOME OF THE CRAZY AMAZING AND CRUEL THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED TO ALL THE TENANTS BUT THIS IS NO JOKE. SHE YELLS AT TENENTS WHEN SHES ANGRY, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. TALKS CRUELLY ABOUT THE OTHER EMPLOYEE TO OTHER TENANTS AND TALKS ABOUT "HAPPENINGS" TO OTHER TENANTS. LOTS OF PEOPLE MOVE OUT SIMPLY FOR EMOTIONAL HARRASMENT AND DISTRESS. THE ONLY REASON WHY I MOVED WAS BECAUSE OF HER. UNTILL NEW MANAGEMENT IS THERE, NO ONE SHOULD LIVE NERVOUSLY AND STRESSED. NO ONE!!!

the peron who wrote this was a problem in this complex..she tryeed to get other tenants involved including myself..management is a good person..yes she makes and inforces the rules...she was given an honorable mention for her work at cedar streams by the city of riverside...the woman and her freind who are writing these mean things need to get a life..they were both given notices to move out of this quiet and lovely complex..julie and kim grow up

this management is excellent i have lived here for 14 years and i can tell you that this manager has what it takes for a position like hers..one family that has recently moved out is one that has written the bad report..no one and i mean no one would stay in the pool area when these tenants were in the area..the children were uncontroable..i have been in the pool area whne tha management was in there trying to enjoy her off hours with her family, when this tenant (no longer here) would constantly be telling her boys "NO" get out.. i for one am very pleased with this manager, and no i am not cacassion either...i would recommend this community 100%.....

just heard that the person who intially wrote this reveiw has been evicted from the apartment complex that she moved to after she was asked to leave cedar streams..what does that tell you...the management is the same and cedar streams is still a great place to rent
