All in all, the new manager actually has cleaned up the place. The only people who are complaining are the trash that got placed at the curb. Nicely landscaped and a very unique design. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to deal with ghetto neighbors. Reason beings, is because they won't put up with them at Cedar Streams. It actually is in a great location for students that don't want to live on campus at California Baptist University.
