At first we loved the apartments they are very pretty inside. After living there only 6 months we are breaking are lease because of how high the crime is.
Almost every other night there has been cars broken into. And if you have any valubles in a garage, don't expect them to be there when you wake up in the morning. Our cars rims and tires were stolen, leaving the car on blocks, we caught somebody breaking into our truck and trying to hot wire it, and we also almost lost our dirt bikes in the garage when we ran into the men breaking into our garage.
But there is security! He's great, he parks his "car/house" in an open garage (an empty or occupied garage, closes the door and lives in the garages untill somebody gets the police to get him out. How great is that!
There has also been a older lady that has had a gun to her head from a man trying to stell her purse, It almost takes a month to process your rent, parking sucks and the pool is pretty much always nasty.
But as the office at Colonnade says: Crime happens anywhere!
