I am editing my review of these apartments following the change of management. I've left my original review at the end so you can see the contrast...
The new management here is AWFUL! They are rude and inattentive. It took them more than 5 minutes to acknowledge my existence last time I went into the office to collect a package; they sit and chat, and don't even bother to cut their conversation short to ask what you need, or even to say "we'll be with you in a moment." They moved the office to an apartment so they could "renovate" the office, which was gorgeous to begin with, and didn't even bother to let the residents know, which would have been the courteous thing to do. Suddenly under this new management we are no longer allowed to have BBQs, period, and they placed a "reminder" notice on our doors to inform us of the policy, and stated our leases could be terminated if we don't comply. The letter was rudely written, and the policy is ridiculous! We are beginning to wonder what other policies they will change on a whim. They are making "improvements" all around the complex, such as painting the exterior of the buildings, which require us to clear off our balconies and patios for a MONTH, or closing off half of the complex's parking at a time to repave, that are HUGE inconveniences and giving VERY little notice (3 days for the painting, 5 days for the parking). They have NO regard for their current residents. And they have no concept of Customer Service. Although the actual apartments are nice, the management is AWFUL. DON'T MOVE HERE! We won't be renewing our lease. And I would be surprised if anyone else who currently lives here does either.

I have not had or seen ANY of the problems that other posters seem to have had. My apartment was beautiful when we moved into it 5 months ago, cleaned perfectly. We had a problem with our water heater leaking about a month after we moved in, and they had a maintenence person here within an hour to fix it. They also called back the next day to make sure the repair was completed to our satisfaction. The office staff is nice and efficient, they always greet me when I enter the office and attend to whatever I need. It is true that in the evenings parking is a little tight, however I never have to park far from my apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and I have never seen any strange people wandering around or heard drunken people yelling in the parking lot as other people complained about. The complex itself has a lot of grassy areas, pathways to walk on, and BBQs to use. I love it here, and would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking to move to Riverside. It is by far the best apartment complex we looked at in Riverside, and we feel the rent is reasonable for what we get.
