I've been here over 2 years and while Metric was the property management it was the best apartment I've ever lived in by far. Since the new company has taken over, it has gone downhill fast. Loud ghetto people and white trash moving in everyday. Now they will not allow any bbqs at all (not even propane). Nearly 80% of the apts have bbqs on their balconys and the only community bbqs are crappy. They sent out a letter saying one violation will result in lease termination (no warnings!). They used to have a resident's office entrance where you could get help quick with any issues/packages. Now it is always closed and they make you wait forever while they deal with "future residents." Don't let the new coat of paint fool you. This place is horrible. I can't wait until my lease is up and I can get out of here.

I completely agree! And the letter was written as a "reminder" as though we weren't allowed to have bbq's before!! One of the reasons we moved here was because we could have our bbq and now what am I supposed to do with it? Throw it away? I was so happy here until the new company bought the complex. I waited 5 minutes before even being acknowledged the other day while the lady in the office chatted away with some people. We are soooo frustrated. I wonder if enough of us were to make a fuss about it to the management if we could do something about it??

Thank you for the comments on the BBQ's! I was wondering whether or not they were allowed as I was shocked to receive a notice saying to remove mine immediatly. I completly agree with all the feedback of the new management...it SUCKS!!!
