It's GREAT here. Some people just dont like change.

After reading the other reviews i had to just say my peace of mind. The girls in the office are GREAT. They have SOOOOOOOOOO helpful everytime we walk in the door having to wait 5 minutes is not a big deal. I think everyone needs to remember that it does not matter who the owner of the property is the crime is the responsibilty of the POLICE and not the owners and managment that is here.We took in a letter to the office expressing our concerss and Heidi (manager) was great. They are having a meeting with the owners to better things here. Some of the change has been hard for us to the bbq things through us off a little, but when we went to the office the girls explained to us what was going on and the maintance has been GREAT as well we have been here about 6 months and we STILL LOVE IT. They have also let us know that they are adding back the movies that we can check out and also a dry cleaning service as soon as the office opens.
