Colonade Apartments was the ideal place for conservative, non-roudy people and families to live when Metric was the management. But since FPI Management has taken over, many residents, upset with the very low-quality of the management, have left-and very few new residents have moved in. The personell in the front office are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Whenever I walk into the front office I find that most of these people they are chewing gum (more like smaking gum), talking on cell phones (and they do not get off the phone to help you), und cursing to each other about how many things are going arwy during their period of management. In August they performed a garage audit, placing flyers on garage doors, asking residents to claim their garage. If a resident did not claim wich garage was theirs within the specified time, the management gave it away to a different resident, taking the old residents stuff out and discarding it. Instead of looking at the files of only 288 residents, they broke the trust of the residents simply due to the fact that they were lazy. If they invade our garages (which we PAY for) and give away all of our stuff, what next'

I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this new "management" and am highly considering moving out. DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOUR NEEDS WILL NOT BE MET BY THE MANAGEMENT! They are rude and inconsiderate!
