I lived there from March 2007 till February 2008. Everything I have read since my departure has been about everything I complained about when I lived there. Nothing has changed. Same rude management staff. For those of you who currently live there now take note on what I am going to say..

When I moved out I cleaned that apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in. I was told I would not be charged a cleaning fee since my apartment was going to be remodeled. Low and behold when I got my deposit back it was not the full amount as was promised. WHEN YOU MOVE OUT... DESPITE ANY CLEANING YOU DO... YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE AND IT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT. If FPI tells you otherwise, make sure you get this in "WRITING." If you don't believe me, show them this post and ask them to put this in writing for you and see what they say, otherwise they will deduct money from your deposit.

This was the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They made numerous promises and failed to keep them.

Keep in mind, I lived there before PFI took over and started rennovating. Had I stayed in my one bedroom apartment my rent would have gone up from 1100 to over 1300 and this was for the same unremodeled apartment.


BEWARE.. THIS WILL BE YOUR LIVING NIGHTMARE....

RENT ELSEWHERE AND GO DO THE RIGHT THING!
