Read this and make your own decision.. Personally I would not recommend this place.
1. During my fist week here my apartment storage room was borken into.. For any of you who think I am making this up, I have a filed police report with the Riverside Police Dept...
2. I was yelled at by one of the office staff because she was on the phone as I waited patiently for her to finish her call while I was turning in my rent before the 1st of the month. I have talked to three residents who tell me the same thing about how rude the staff if. Is this any way to treat the people who pay your paycheck and keep your company alive'
3. When the building doors were painted a notice was sent the day before they were to paint, not giving anyone ample time to make arrangements for their pets. I had to cancel a business trip and lost a substantial amount of money because I had to stay home while they painted my apartment door. Many of you may ask why I stayed home.. I stayed home because their incompetent managers failed to provide any supervision when the doors were being painted. Plain and simple. Apartment doors were left open all day to dry out without any staff monitoring the situation. The end result would ahve been my coming home to an apartment without a pet because my pet would have gotten out with my door left opened and unsupervised. Yes my pet was on the actual lease and was legal.....
4. Cars broken into and inadequate security.
5. If you ever have a problem this staff never returns messages. You basically have to go to the office for a personal confrontation if you want anything done.
6. I was told that I would be getting my entire security deposit back because my apartment was going to be completely rennovated and remodeled with new fixtures, tile, carpet, paint and so on. Instead a cleaning fee was deducted from my deposit. I left my apartment cleaner then when I got it. For those of your wondering what my definition of clean is.. Well to me it means baseboards cleaned and wiped down, carpet cleaned, sinks scrubbed, counters cleaned, fan blades wiped down, windows inside and out washed, patio swept with no dust between the cracks, walls spackled as to not leave any holes, refrigerator wiped and cleaned completely. Why was I told they had to deduct a cleaning fee when the place was going to be ripped apart' Anyone moving out you better make sure and get it in writing that they will not deduct for cleaning if they are going to remodel once you leave.
7. Before I moved, I received a letter stating that my apartment rent was going to increase to 1340 or so from around 1100. Fact.... this was for an apartment that was not remodeled and they had the nerve to tell me my rent was going to increase that much for an unremodeled apartment. For those of you wondering thinking they were going to move me to a new apartment, there was nothing on my letter stating this. I still have a copy of the letter if any of you think I am lying.
Moving here could turn out to be your worst nightmare. DON'T DO IT...YOU'LL REGRET IT.

Wow, you too! I was also told that I would receive my entire security deposit back since they are "ripping everything out" but was charged a cleaning fee. I wish I would have know or I would have not spent hours cleaning after we moved. I also cleaning ceiling fans, appliances, base boards ect ect.
