I have been living here for about 6 months and on a scale of 1 to 10 i would give it a 7 below are my reasons why good and why bad

Good
close to stores
close to freeway
I lived in the front so it was a nice view
mon through friday queit
helpfull staff named Andy Kinda goofy but shes cool
24 hour washing rooms
biiiig rooms and closets girls would fall in love with these closets
decent parking for majority of time
Young crowd


bad
no gate means break ins. well mine was broke into any way but then again i parked in the front
you can hear neighbors come up and down the stairs and if their loud collage kids forget it you will hear the whole conversation
walkways make it echo so you hear the girls on the weekends clickity clacking down the walk way
lost my rent once wich was a horrible experience and i hope it doesnt happen to you its the worst to deal with coorperate side of these appartments
bums dig through trash again no gate
kids flood the streets at 3 so dont expect gettign out around that time
bad pipes so when you turn on the water its like you can hear it in the walls which probably bugs the crap out of neighbors downstairs

overall i loved it hear becasue i can deal with the weekend noise and the gate i can deal with although i would like if it was gated. for the most part its real quiet hear again i live in the front. every now and then ill see people walking to get the mail but thats pretty much it. not too much going on hear . oh a looot of people walk their dogs i usually see people with their pets so yah.
