I have lived here for over two year but am seriously considering moving and I do not recommend this place to anyone for the following reasons:

Bad Neighbors: The management must be hard up for tenants because they are attracting the noisiest, dirtiest and most disrespectful crowd lately.

Barking Dogs: They are everywhere and bark 24/7. Big dogs, annoying little dogs--the noise is CONSTANT.

Poor Management: I know of tenants--good, respectful and thoughtful neighbors--who have been evicted for complaining about the management's lack of responsiveness to code violations, noise complaints and the like. Yet, they seem to be replacing good tenants with tenants from the bottom of the barrel. It is sad.

Bottom Line: Don't move here. I'm probably risking eviction by even posting a negative review here. That is how bad it really is.

Any resident who has a complaint and follows proper procedures by putting their specific complaint(s) in writing has their complaint followed up by management. If the complaint is valid, and there is proof, it is acted upon. If the complaints are continuing and of the same nature, a resident will be served with notice to move. Concerning dogs, we are a pet-friendly community. The manager lives on-site and can guarantee that 'constant' barking is an extreme exaggeration, as this would not be allowed. Dogs bark; that is their nature. They usually cease after a few minutes. Regarding evictions of residents for complaining and the ridiculous claim of fear of eviction for posting comments in a free-speach forum....Please. Consider the source; remember every story has many sides and stop by our office to meet the manager and office staff. The manager has over 20years of on-site experience....You might find you'll be pleasantly surprised.
