I went through two management companies while living there and it became hell on earth in 2004/2005 time frame when VPM took over. I lived in a downstairs apartment and could always hear the neighbors above me, whether they were walking around or having sex. It was horrible. I'm not talking about regular sounds normal to apartment living, but HEAVY walking and sex all hours of the night. I guess the manager doesn't tell new tenants they need to show some courtesy. The manager Michelle is callous and vengeful. Don't piss her off or she will make every attempt to make a smart remark or make you're living there as miserable as possible until you move out. The management company will do everything they can to prevent you from doing something instead of telling you no, like doubling deposits for pets and satellites when they should just flat out say no. They had no interest in keeping a long term resident who paid on time for 8 years. They prefer to keep the evil manager. The only nice one was Cynthia, who they may have tainted by now. Be careful of manager. As a matter of fact, you should walk on eggshells. Request an upstairs apartment.
