Be aware! You may not get the referral money!!!!!!

It is a good place to live so far. However, we will not get referral money from apartmentsearch or rent.com. The manager didn't say that she won't pay this money at the time we signed the contract. After moving in 1 month, the referral was denied by her. She gave the reason that we already had a good deal on our contract. But i don't think it is enough. If you feel you loss too much, why not you say that at the begining or even not contact us to move in? It is your business, none of us. But, now, it is us who gonna bare with this ridiculous sucks!!!!!! So, be aware. Next time you'd better to ask if you gonna sacrifice for her business!
