As of April 7, 2006 Esplanade at Riverwalk went under new management when it was purchased by Sequoia Equities. The entire team, both office and maintanence are new to the property and are looking forward to making the Esplanade experience a very enjoyable on for all of their residents.

i know huh..until the price comes down steer away from this place. besides alot of neighboring apartments are doing upgrade and remodeling and charging less. not our fault that they put all this expensive unnecessary crap in this apartment and now we have to pay for it..its nice looking but they didnt have to go this far..as far as i'm concerned mgmt still could improve and maintenance could respond quicker. not a safe place to live. charging orange county prices for San Bernardino Activity.
