I've lived at Eslpanade since they first opened. Fortunately, I will be moving soon. Quite frankly I liked the prior management. They were nice to me. Wish I could say the same or the new management. I received a nasty letter from them accusing me of not paying $15 of a $1400 rent. Why, I questioned, would you send out such a nasty letter for a mere $15' Why would you presume I would INTENTIONALLY not pay $15 of my rent' Additionally, it was on my door 2 weeks after I had paid rent''' It was their mistake!! I had paid in full. WHO is balancing the books there anyway'
Also got a nasty letter threatening to take away everyones "pet priviges" because someone allowed their dog to play in a non-dog area. I have CATS. Why should I lose my pets. No thanks, I'd rather move.
The rent is somewhat pricey but I don't mind that. The landscaping is well kept but the common walkways to the apartments are filthy. The place is noisy and parking is a nightmare!! At least 2-3 times a week someone blocks my garage. WHERE is security'
Fortunately, I get to move!
