I was on the third floor, totally nightmare with noise from below. Barking and peeing dogs all over. People let the dogs run around the pool areas. They just dont care. It looks nice, but dont sit on the green grass. You might get a surprise. Parties in the pool area are a nuisance for residents living around it. Only two grills for all the residents near the second pool. Good luck getting to use it. You can camp out at 4pm to cook at 6pm. Great looking gym,club house and coffee bar "everyday" if you want. But club house closes at 6pm. Who is home from work by 6pm' Coffee everymorning' well, they dont open until 9am. Again, who is home from work then. Sounds great, but do you really get ot use it' They dont tell you. Security is a lazy fat man who wanders around the parking lot. Kids in the pool, yelling and screaming. Teenagers acting like adults in the pretty enclosed cabanas. unsupervised kids in the jacuzzi "doing it" (remember, I was on the third floor with a full view of the pool area). Ducks and other fowl swimming in the pools.Management doesnt do anything about it. I lived above a barking dog and would-be musician. It was a NIGHTMARE!!! They also hit you with $200 in move out costs. It doesnt matter if your place was PRISTINE when you left it. It doesnt matter if you hired a cleaner to clean or scrubbed your tub. They get your security deposit in the end. Just consider, is it worth it' Also, the washer is noisy and the dishwasher bangs around. do all this stuff just as you are leavign for work, otherwise you cant hear yourself talk when they are operating. New construction near the back area, noise can be a problem. Unless you like waking up at 6am everyday. Parking was horrible. Great for one car and with your own space. Forget about your visitors finding a spot on the weekends. People with two or three cars just rotate in and out of staked-out spots.
