My Husband and I lived at Esplanade for 8 months. After we left they said they had to replace the carpet in my apartment and had to treat concrete underneath because of stains. They took $1,000.00 from my deposit. When we left, the carpet had typical wear and tear but did not need to be replaced. They did not take any pictures of the damage, but because they a "Professional" Carpet service evaluate and determine that the carpet needed to be replaced, we legally have nothing to fight them on.
We liked the community and thought it was very nice except the horrible parking.
Do not trust them, the new owners just want a new style carpet in all of their apartments.
