My husband and I moved in this past July and have been very happy with Esplanade.
Cons - we live off a courtyard, so after school when the kids are out it can get a little noisy, but they're kids, what do you expect'! Wish there was a little more parking, but don't usually have a problem unless we're coming home very late at night.
Pros - The staff has been extremely curtious and calls us by our first names! We've only had one issue which was handled in a very appriopriate amount of time.The amenities are great we love the pool and work out facilities and the landscaping is very well upkept. The fact they allow larger dogs is great, so many complexes are not acomidating to pets. Plus there's a dog park in walking distance. Then,to top it all off, our neighbors are very friendly.
Despite the reviews written we took a chance on Esplanade and are extremely happy. I have lived in 6 different apartments all over the country and this has been my most positive experience yet!
