My boyfriend and I moved in about five months ago. The apartment complex is very beautiful. We have gotten several compliments from friends. We have had no problems with anything. We may have called the leasing office twice to get our fireplace opened so that we can clean it, but that was it.We live on one of the buildings on the east side closer to Riverwalk street and we have had no problems with parking. Either than than it seems to be better than most aparments. The noise level is normal. You can't expect complete silence when you live in an apartment. We have good neighbors, though we are lucky in that aspect I've had horrible nighbors in the past, but in fact you should never attibute bad or good neighbors to an apartment complex. When we moved in we wished this place had a gate, we still wish it did, you never know. But fortunately we havn't had any problems. I have lived in two different apartment complex's. One was owned by the Irvine company and they are sharks and try to take your money when you move out. I also lived in Newport and that leasing company was really bad too. So I pretty much expect that from any complex now. Though through experience this time we move we will be taking pictures of the carpet just in case.I would really recommend this place for the price they are really nice and apliances are new. I looked at several apt's before moving into this one and it seemed it was the best. Most places were pretty high up there and did not include washer and dryer like Esplande does. I do admit one thing I dislike about this complex. The mailbox area gets really trashed with junk mail. Mangement needs to get the maintainance people to pick up that area. But in all actuality people need to clean up after themselves and throw there trash in the trash can not on the floor and if the bins are full walk people should walk over to the big trash can area. The only reason I wrote this review because I came to this website trying to look at reviews to see how management will be when our lease is up in a few months. So I may change my mind after that. I saw all these bad comments and thought I would write a nice one, since our experience hasn't been a bad one.
