I moved into esplanades pricey complex for many reasons/ having a washer,dryer and frig. already there was a must especially when u live on the 3rd flr. The only complaint i have is maintenace/management it took 5 times on different occasions to get the garage door working/ its still not fixed but atleast its functional/ for the money i'm paying you'd think it would be working properly.
My garage door was synchronized the same as another resident so when that person would come home my garage door would open as well/ so becareful of that. Word from the wise only put your car in the garage and pray that it doesn't get stolen :) 1 garage door opener is given so its a pain always taking it with you in and out of the car.

When it comes to management i realize they have there ups and downs, people working there come and go. I asked for a manager to call me when i first moved in and it looks like i'm still waiting for her to call me back/ than again i'm not sure if she even got the message. i was just happy i was able to put my car in the garage. It would of been nice to get a courtesy call from management saying "how's your garage door working"

On that note, its been all about my garage no other problems/ Landscaping is well kept and clean/ I see a lot of dogs but i don't hear any/ I was told we have security and it was stated i'd never see them. I have seen police cars parked during the day so there is trouble but that happens anywhere.

I loved the fact that i can live in an apartment complex without a gate as i enter/ that was a major plus.

i'll be sure to add some more comments hopefully positive in another 6months :) overall i like where i live.
