This community has undgone a few changes lately. We were notified of a new couresty patrol company contracted in December.
The office staff is helpful. The new head manager seems to have an agenda to improve any of the minor things others people have complained about. I was locked out of my apartment due to a broken lock and called a locksmith out. The next day the manger informed me they have someone on call to take care of those services and refunded me the fee I paid to replace my lock. I feel they actually care.
