BEWARE $$$ RIPOFF TACTICS

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Lived there for 2 yrs never late on rent. Gave them a 60 day notive to quite harrassing me to renew my lease for a 300.00 gas card. I am diabetic and alone the moving was just too much . I went in to the office to turn in my keys and they had me sign a paper asking me if I wanted a walk thru I said no just take it out of my deposit. 2months latter I get a collection notice for 865.00 for new carpet the carpet only need a deep cleaning the ripp out the carpet and put it into another... BEWARE they come up with all kinds of things like repainting after 2 yrs i really think the new tenants want new paint no a touch up. OH yeah be carefull they also allow2 DOGS SAINT BERNARDS in a one bedroom. I HATE THEM. My new place is very nice .
