It's a shame that people leave these reviews. Everyone I have met that works there has been awesome. There are gardeners and cleaning people there every morning so I don't know what people are talking about when they say there is garbage and dog mess lying around because these people are on it. I enjoy living here and just resigned my lease. If you need something fixed they come that day, if you have ants or spiders they come two days a week for free. Every place has problems, this is the nicest one I have lived in. 46% to the usual 25-35% I see everywhere else.

I think your personal experience and others may differ, so you should not discredit or discount someone's opinion or experience. How you have been treated may have been different from how others were being treated. I have personally experienced both bad and good at the same time. But I still renewed my lease because its more costly to move. I personally felt discriminated by one of the woman (BINCI) who works at the esplanade because I am not "white". But I also found out that she is mentally unstable and therefore I didn't take my experience as a personal insult. BINCI is the most racist person I have ever met. She is a -----!

I agree 100%. Although your experience may be a pleasant one, you show your ignorance by making the statement that "someone was lying." This forum is a rating system for the apartment not the subscriber or renter. Unless you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that someone was lying, keep your trap shut. I have pictures of dogs that were on the banned list living on the property. I have pictures of the marijuana growing on the property. I have pictures of cars belonging to management parked in handicap parking spots. I have pictures of graffiti on the property. I'm happy that your experience is a good one. You have all the folks here that voiced their concerns and aired their grievances to thank. Don't you get it? Unless they (the management) knows what the problems are, there's nothing to fix. Oh, and for your information, I was one of the first to move in there. I was there for over 3 years. Almost immediately after the property was sold to the current owners, it went to hell in a hand basket. I wasn't evicted, I paid my rent on time, didn't make waves and I didn't lay down on any of the points that needed to be made with the management. I decided, on my own accord, to leave after problems were brought to the attention of management and they did nothing to correct them. Just curious, is the gym equipment in working condition? Is the fireplace at the jacuzzi working? How's the crime on the property? If you can't answer these questions or actually know the answers, you must never leave your apartment.

I leave my apartment, I go out all the time. I put in a request and guess what? They fixed the problem today. Post your pictures and show us proof. Most complaints I see on here happen everywhere. All I am saying.

When i first moved in the apartment, the staff was great, i felt safe because they had security guard at night, and the place was great. slowly but surely they got new staff in there - which btw are terribly rude and no more security guard at night anymore. I got my car broken in to, and their attitude was uneasy - they did not care. I am sure they did not report anything because it would look bad for their reputation. When my lease was up, i did a walk through with the maintainance guy, he said everything was fine and that i would get my full deposit back. Got the check, it was $45! They charged me for all kinds of stuff that they had no evidence of - i wanted proof and mysteriously they lost the pictures!- more like they had no proof.
