When i first moved in the apartment, the staff was great, i felt safe because they had security guard at night, and the place was great. slowly but surely they got new staff in there - which btw are terribly rude and no more security guard at night anymore. I got my car broken in to, and their attitude was inconsiderate - they did not care. I am sure they did not report anything because it would look bad for their reputation. Pool was dirty most of the time, and the spa had green fungus and hardly ever cleaned. One incident, I was walking my dog, and saw a lady walking her two BIG dogs - i thought BIG dogs were not allowed in the apartment'!' One of the staff saw this and said nothing. When my lease was up (i was glad), i did a final walk through with the maintainance guy, he said everything was fine and that i would get my full deposit back and signed the document. Got the check after 2 months, it was $45! They charged me for all kinds of stuff that they had no evidence of. I told them that i signed off documents stating the apartment was good, i guess the maintainance guy added a few things on the list that needed repair - it was a lie. Make sure when you move out and do the final walk - get a copy of the document you signed. I demanded proof of repair that needed to be done and they mysteriously lost the pictures!- more like they had no proof. Too bad, i really love the apartment but staff and everything else is bad.
