Nice, well kept, gated complex

I have lived here since July 2003. Staff very friendly. One bedroom apartment is good sized, washer/dryer in bathroom is a great luxury.
Fairly quiet on my side, just a few kids heard around the afternoon after school. March ARB is just a few miles east so large jets fly overhead a few times a day.
The only gripe I have is that the entry gates next to me have been open quite a few times. Found out yesterday in the monthly newsletter that the gates have been damaged a few times by people running into them.
I highly recommend this place!
