The people in the upstairs apartment played music late into the night. The management sent them a couple of letters but it continued until I moved out.
Also my apartment was flooded by the same tenents and it took weeks for them to get someone to fix it. I asked to be moved to another apartment but was told nothing was available. (but there were several unoccupied units) I had to live in a so called luxary apartment with holes in the ceiling and riped out carpet for almost a month, and was still charged the same $1355.00 rent. (READ THE LEASE. THEY HAVE 30 DAYS TO FIX IT) In the meantime you can stay in a motel or just live with it. The regular maintance staff was great though.
