This place looks okay from the street, but look closer....it stinks! I've been here for 3 years and have had three SETS of management come and go. Each is worse than the last. The grounds are nasty. The construction is shoddy. The management is rather inexperienced and unprofessional. The space is very tight...the one bedroom is cramped and I'm a single tenant. It pretty tacky, unfortunately, but the rent is extremely high despite this. And they claim to be "luxury." Not that I've ever seen!
