 This complex is actually called "University Iowa Gardens" (not "Garden View Apartments") with addresses at 3996 Iowa Ave, and 1255 Everton Pl. Gated complex with rates a lot lower than some of the other apartment complexes in the area. I rented a ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
