GREAT FOR KIDS, COLLEGE KIDS THAT IS

The staff here at Granada Pueblo do a great job at keeping up the standards. We have lived here for the past two years and have not had many problems other than the fraternity house just behind our unit. However, that is not the problem of the management or staff here.
If you are young and single, this is the place for you. Granada Pueblo is set in the quaint town of Canyon Crest, just a few miles down the street from UCR. It's convenient with a town center across the street and bus stops directly in front of the complex. Neighbors never bother you because they are never home. They consist of young college kids who are always out, either partying, working or at school.
If you have young children, this is really not the place for you. There is no place for children to play and the pool is always busy. However, rent is reasonable and the units are spacious. 2BR/2BA only.
