This place is a hell hole. It is infested with ants.

I constantly feel like I am being spied on as the "control freak" manager has all her goons spy on the residents. I awoke one day to find the groundskeeper peeking through the blinds.

The manager attempts to go through mail and tries to violate postal policy by purposley misdirecting mail that is "not authorized" to be delivered to a given box. She misinforms the postal carrier and sends back any mail that isn't addressed to the named resident on the lease.

I don't use illiegal drugs yet, she called my place of work trying to inquire about my illiegal drug use when she had no proof! This got me suspended at work. She said the groundskeeper smelled it. Subsequently she evicted a tennant two doors down for drug related issues' Arbitrary Discriminatory Misplaced Blame. The management is insane.

I am that manager and I wish to address this. Everything here is untrue and he was evicted so of course he is angry. The stories and accusations he came up with were pretty far out. I'm sorry such lies remain on this site.

Many other people are posting with the exact same issues. Coincidence? you be the judge. Was this guy evicted? If you mean was an unlawful detainer filed with the county of riverside, No. If you mean Constructive Eviction, then in a sense you can say yes. Like other tenants on this page I found myself a constant victim of your harassment.

Aaron Lew was the filthiest person, I would not want to eat any of the pizza he handled,and his mom must really be proud of the liar she raised. I am fully aware of the drugs and things that went on in his apt. all night long.
