I have never lived in a more horrible place. If you're a student, then you are in serious trouble because they favor older families. When you complain or have any problems, they ignore you. If you have any male guests, they get harrassed and you get a complaint for NO REASON!! The walls are thin and you cant even talk, as in normal voice, in a room after ten...they told me I HAD to talk in the living room. Am I NOT paying rent'' I've never been more angry at such crappy management.

There's 10 families in this place and 35 apts.with students..Mgmt. tries to handle all complaints, which does make some people angry..The 8 male guests were confronted once by the patrol, asking them to be quieter as they were all carrying beer to the apt..Talking in the bdrms. late at night can be disturbing to the neighbors, thats true.

Manager, Let me pose a question for you: If you have such a big problem with students from UCR why do you keep renting to them when time and time again you end up trying to kick them out. Are you aware that most kids from UCR have parents that probably have access to legal counsel. Are you really that foolish? Just stop renting to UCR kids or suck it up . |
