I am the manager here at granada pueblo apartments. Some of these reviews are total poppycock. My job here is to maintain the rules for the good of the community. It is true that the owners really don't care. So for current residents who want to write to the owners -- I say GO AHEAD. They don't give a flying f*ck!

IF you are a UCR student please just don't bother renting here. I hate dealing with your stupid issues anyways. Really you get what you pay for. 2br 2ba for just under 1000 per month in the canyon crest area. Where else can you get that kind of deal. But along the same lines don't expect anything to get fixed. You should fix it yourself or just deal with it. I mean for $1000 a month COME ON this isn't the Ritz Carlton.

You get ONE parking spot and anyone spending the night had better be on your lease. That means no girlfriends no sleepovers period! I'm tired of walking up and down noticing all these new faces I have to deal with.

Also minorities and disabled people. While we can't explicity not rent to you. Just don't rent here. The place isnt handicap accessible anyways and I don't care for your blah blah blah.
