Reading all the positive reviews, you tend to notice one thing. They are either former or current staff at granada pueblo or other apartment complexes. Please stop violating the terms of service. This site is for Tennants and Former tennants only.
------- smothers has such a bad reputation that she has to find all her friends and subordinates to place good reviews for her.
Let the truth be known. Granada pueblo is the worst run complex in riverside! ------- needs to be fired right now. I live in this complex NOW and she harrasses me for things I did not do. I'm not in danger of being evicted because she could never prove anything in court.
I follow all the rules that were given to me at the start of the lease and she leaves notes on my door and on my answering machine for no apparent reason.
Stuff like accusing me of being loud, using drugs, destroying property. How about you just leave me alone till my lease expires in 08. I promise I will not be renewing here.
I think the true reason she leaves these notices is so I'll come in to her office and cry and beg for forgiveness. I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING WRONG YOU CRAZY WOMAN. LEAVE ME ALONE. I've NEVER BEEN LATE on rent

Seriously if you're considering renting from this place, think again! If I didn't already have legal counsel it would have cost me thousands of dollars to respond to all the -------- 3-10 day notices she has given me. And none have held up in court. WHy' because she cannot prove anything.
She is just being a retaliatory manager. I once made the mistake of complaining about a concrete slab outside my house being cracked and that I had tripped on it. She basically told me to move out or shut up. And followed it up with a 3 day notice to stop being noisy or move out'
How unprofessional. ------- you are a waste of a life and I hope you get aids and die.
