This is the attitude that the management takes here at granada pueblo.
Yes it's our problem when you spy on us.
Yes it's our problem when you arbitrarily enforce rules unequally.
Yes it's our problem when your son (who also lives in the complex) is loud and you ignore it.
Yes it's our problem when you take kickbacks from drug dealers and then blame hardworking residents just to satisfy the police curiosity.
Yes it's our problem when residents are afraid to ask for repairs because the next day they will get a 3 day notice to perform X action or quit.
Yes it's our problem when you tow our cars out of our own spots.
Yes it's our problem when we can't do laundry or walk outside without you nagging us.
Yes it's our problem when we have overnight guests which we choose to have sex with and we aren't married.
Yes its our problem when you can't get ahold of us at work to tell us about every stupid little thing that bothers you.
Yes it's our problem when the only security lights here are installed and pointed at your car.
You know what marlene It's not just 1 person. We are a coalition of 10-15 people that you have bullied or are bullying right now. We post posters all over UCR and more people are joining our ranks.
Yes the rent may be cheap, THEN RAISE IT. Otherwise get it straight .. WE PAY YOUR SALARY. IF ENOUGH UNITS GO UNRENTED. YOUR ----- BOSSES IN THE OC will notice.
The only thing this sad old lady has going for her in her life is the power she believe she has over the people in her complex. Lets take that power away from her.
DO NOT RENT HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. DO NOT RENEW YOUR LEASE. If you live here you already know the hell that you go through.
