I am happy to call this apartment complex home. Excellent staff, quiet and well kept.

I agree with this person. I lived in apartment 28 right above the manager. She was always nice to me and my family. We enjoyed our apartment. THe reason that I do not live there anymore is because I moved to VA. I love the complex. It is very well maintained and clean.

I guess it's the time of the year where the management solicits positive reviews or injects shill reviews to boost their own ratings. This place is horrible! Ma r lene picks and chooses who she is nice to, but the essesnce of the relationship is unprofessional. She treats residents like they are children and expects residents to play her games. It's not much better than living in the basement of your parents house. You can't pick your own guests. You can't live your life your way. So if you feel like living every day with your windows tightly closed and blinds drawn, afraid to do laundry for fear of constant nagging from the management, this is a great place to live.

I have lived at Granada Pueblo Apartments for the past 4 years. I'm proud to live here, and happy to call this my home. Marlene is a GREAT Manager, she's kind, professional, and attentive to the needs/concerns of the residents as well as the quality of the living envirnoment. The staff is excellent and the complex and units are well maintained. Marlene is the Best, and it's because of her that this is such an awesome place to live. Thank you Marlene, you rock in a good way!!!!!
