I have just moved out, and besides my roommates it is a good place to live. Quiet, and well maintained. I have seen the compliants about marlene and i could only think that u were more than likely the problem. I lived there for 9 months and i honestly never seen or talked to marlene. And if our apartment had a problem maintence was there in a heart beat. THe only issue is, our apartment got broken into because our neighbor was taking drugs so a drug dealer just walked into our apartment. the security was there which im thankful for, but we never got a call from management asking if we were ok or apologize. Nothing happen to our neighbor and all of us were constantly parrnoid.d Another annoynce was the laundry room. Prices went up and everyone was constantly looking around for quarters. My new apartment has a card and u just add money. So much more convientent!! Other than that its a good place to live, you respect the rules Marlene will not even talk to u.

I'm sorry to hear about what your drugie neighbors did to you and your roommates. I too have enjoyed living here, and have found that if you abide by the rules, respect your neighbors and the property, and of course pay your rent on time,you will not encounter any problems with Marlene. We need a good manager who will not only take pride in their duties, but also have a regard for the well being of the tenants, by getting the BAD ONES OUT!!! We have that in Marlene!!!
