i just read some old reviews and decieded that its time to have a new one up. Ive been living here for close to a year know and it was ok when i first moved here but then we started having problems with marlene and i agree with the people that are talking bad about her, i understand that she wants to keep the apt clean but why demorlize people by saying were ghetto and harass her tentants.She does pick and choose who she likes and is to be nice too.

I have been a resident here at the Granada Pueblo Apartments for the last 5 years. There's 112 units here at the Granada Pueblo Apartments, and I THANK GOD FOR MARLENE AND MARK. This place would be a mess if it was not for Marlene. Marlene is the reason I have continued to live here. Because of how well she insist on maintaining this complex,and enforcing the type of rules that allows this to be one of the Prime places to live. It is and continue to be a delight to live here and I'm not embarrassed to call this my home. I don't know where some people have lived or what type of place they lived in before moving here, however, the tenants that do not care to live in a clean, safe, well maintained and well managed complex should not complain, but instaed you should just move and find some run down, dirty, loud, and roach infested place to live. Please no not disrupt what we are fortunate to have here at Granada Pueblo because of Marlene. I do not care to live in a place or next door to someone who's conduct and behavior is ghetto. Keep your apartment and the surroundings clean and well maintained or else do all of us who enjoy living here a favor and peacefully move. Marlene, I appreciate you and all that you do to ensure our safety and well being here at Granada Pueblo, without you we would be in trouble, and I know that I would be looking for another place to call my home. Marlene You're The Best!!! Thank you for all that you do..........Keep up the Good Work and Continue to Enforce "ALL THE RULES!" A Happy Tenant of Granada Pueblo

to the person who wrote the response....like the writer wrote...she chooses and picks who she likes and to be nice to...she obviously chooses to be nice to you....Marlene is psycho.
