I am a 30-something professional and have lived in a lot of rentals in my time and I have to say this is a great place to live. The apartments are huge, especially for the money. The apartments and complex are meticulously well-maintained. Bea, the manager, is incredibly on top of everything. Any time we've had a problem, from ants to air conditioning, she has had someone here the VERY SAME day!
I'd take complaints about this place with a grain of salt -- it is really very nice.
