Ok, c d problem is, dat based upon da uther opinions on dis site about Las Colinas, I wuz under da skrict impression dat da property wuz gone be "ghetto".

Foe doez' uh' yall' dat don't kno what da word "ghetto" is, an example wood be da' way um typin.

All I know is dat apparently (BIG word), dey under new management cuz when I had went up in der - it wuz all clean. Dey look like dey got da best property on da skreet. It wuz all clean, urribody wuz all friendly and stuff.

I went into da office to getta application and u kno dey din't have nun. Prolly cuz urribody who up in der now is happy since der aint no moe shooting and stuff.

Dey had dis one female who I guess was da manager and she was on da fone so I had to talk to dis blak dude. I wood honestly get an apartment just to see his fine azz on a daily basis - I think his name wuz like Crandle or Carlton or somethin. Anyway, dat boi wuz fyne as heel. He had told me dat dey didn't have no vacancies, den he handed me a broshure and told me I could be nozy and look round if I wanted to. I did and it wuz nice.

All I can say is dat if yall r lookin foe a place des priced where u can afford it, den dis is da place to go - all dem uther comments is old anyway so u can't really go offa dem - Las Colinas is nice now. Dey do got a train dat always be on da trax so I gess des why dey so cheap. If only dey nayburs wood learn by example.

Trust me. Things have changed. This place sucks. The black dude hasn't been there for a couple of years now and things have only gone down hill. Saeda is still the manager and she's fatter than ever. Her kids be all over the place and the other white girl, Marla don't know anything whenever you ask her. The police is always here and the thugs next door still be trying to use our pool. Do yourself a favor. Stay whereever you went Mr. Corundel. This place has no future!

This is Cr'a'ndal. And all I can say is wow. Let's just say that I heard through the grapevine, sorta' say, that the company got bought out. You know what they say? What's done in the dark, tends to come to light. All that I know is that I got that property on track. I had all of the files alphabetized not to mention color-coated & even though, unlike the property manager, Sayda, I didn't stay on property.....and I'd still manage to make my way there on weekends. From what I've heard - or seen,...that place has gone to effin' hell in a handbasket. My prayers are w/ any and EVERYone who continues to stay there. Lol, I just couldn't do it---
