I'm not sure how this place was in the past but its really not that bad. Of course my family doesnt socialize with anyone here, but not because we dont like anyone here its just that we know how to mind our own business. Only problems was with domestic arguments our neighbor has with their boyfriend. Problem solved: They were kicked out. Their is a problem with ants that is driving me nuts. Bug man in on premis every friday. Maintness is real good. Response time is excellent. They even helped me on Christmas eve with a drain problems (which was my husbands fault FYI don't shove potatoe peels down the drain.) Rent is very reasonable. We didn't even have good credit but were still able to get accepted. The grounds are clean and this place has alot of children. Good place for families. Local elementary school picks up and drops off in front of complex. Mind your own business, pick up after yourself and pay your rent ontime and you well have no problem! Office staff has always been nice and helpfull.

Wasn't there a black guy that used to work in the office? He was soooo- cool. I don't remember his name but he used to brighten my day! As for the "bug guy". From what I heard, he's on the property every day because he's screwing that little Mexican manager. One of her 12 kids is probably his! The property is nice, but they need to get their act together. I probably shouldn't even be typing this. For the amount of rent we're paying, what can we really' expect? The Taj Mahal???
