I lived in this complex for about six months. It was a nice apartment complex despite being in a not so great area. The kids and teenagers in the complex while generally nice were annoying. I had an apartment by the stairs and they seemed to like to make out on them at all hours of the day. Also the younger kids liked to bounce a basketball off my bedroom wall which was unbelievably loud. Once I had to yell at this kid to knock it off because he was lighting fireworks off at like 3 in the morning. He confronted me at my apartment but I'm in the military so he quickly tucked his tail between his legs and went home. The apartment manager Brandy is really awesome. She does whatever she can to help and she lives on site so it's a little more convenient. Right as I was leaving I was having an ant problem. Overrall I would say this is a relatively good SHORT TERM place to live as it is close to alot of things like the Tyler Mall.

I lived at the Magnolia villas for two years. Through out the years I had many expieriences starting with my downstairs neighbor partying loud until 5 in the morning (even after the police were called) from my clothes being stolen from the laundry room to my car being broken into and ransacked 3 times and my gas being stolen out of my gas tank.I asked management for help and to no avail I had to move for my safety. It was the best move I have ever made in my life.
